Is it possible to create new leader possibilities or is there a restriction on the number the game recognizes.

I was thinking of trying to mod the major leaders of the time, ie the extremely good ones, whose abilities could be better represented. For example, is it possible to create a new leader personality called "Von Moltke" in the personalities file and have the game recognize it. Haven't tried it yet, but before I go through the effort, I was wondering if anyone else had tried. Thanks.

Sure, new leaders are easy to make. My question dealt with their personalities and the accompanying strengths and weaknesses that leader possessed.

Ok, I tried it out and it didn't work. I added a new leader trait in the personality and background csv files as well as in the text.csv file. However, upon loading the game didn't recognize the new traits. I got error messages for both. I wonder what I'm doing wrong? Is there an additional file that contains the attributes that I need to add to?
