Found the following here:
- When closing the launcher, you'll now get notified if there are any ongoing updates (typically mods being upgraded to later versions) and an option to let those finish.
- Steam error messages are now more verbose and include the error code sent by Steam to the launcher. Hopefully this will enable all of us to easier see what's going wrong
- Uploading a mod required a thumbnail, even if you had already submitted one - That regression is now addressed and you should be able to upload without re-submitting any imagery
- Fixed an error that would prevent a player from linking Paradox and Xbox accounts under some circumstances
- The bug addressed in the 2020.8 release notes where only the first 256 characters of the mod description are synced from the backend is now fixed, and the entire description will be included
- We now warn appropriately if we are unable to write to the mods registry file due to missing / wonky permissions
