I am currently playing as a muslim in Spain. I have formed the empire of Spain. Initially I set the crown authority as Max, I was the king of Andalusia as well, this was also set to Max. However whenever I formed a new kingdom, at least from a Invasion CB the crown authority for everything is set to limited.
I believe (but am less sure) that even if I formed it simply by normal de jure or conquest CBs and slowly accumulating counties this still occurred. This happened for Aquitaine, France, England, Scotland and Ireland. I believe it also happened for Portugal and the other Ierbia kingdoms.
Not sure if this is WAD or a bug.
