New in Doomsday

I haven't played Doomsday yet. Is there big changes in interface or gameplay?
If I have played HoI 2, is Doomsday easy to use?
Sorry, if it is told somewhere, but I have no time to search.

Another question: Should I choose techteam with high skill, or techteam that has specialized in... things like mathematics, engineering, etc..., that I need?

edit: I have downloaded patch 1.1 three times and it's allways corrupted. Is there alternative url?

Weeell, there is a new intelligence screen in DD, sending spies and stealing blueprints and stuff... I just use it to start counterspy activities...
Some unit tats changed, like submarines, they are much weaker now on attacking fleets...
the AI has been improved a lot, i had really problems rhe first time i tried to conquer the Sowiet Union.
I think if you can play Hoi2 you can also use DD. I didn't have big problems...

Regarding TechTeams, i think the most importent think is to choose matching skills with the Tech. Matching skills are halving the reasearch time, i think...

Biggest change from HOI2 besides the new intelligence features is that TC changed a lot in HOI2 when it got to version 1.3 Review the TC changes at Wiki:

Also air power changed a lot in 1.3 and became very powerful. You can review the user changes in 1.3 with this link:

Each matching skill is worth about three skill levels.
