Migrated from Stellaris to New Horizons. I've started a game as Earth and another as the Klingon Empire.

Finding it strange that I get Star Trek TNG 'events' as anomalies while playing as the Klingons in the 2150 - 2200 period. Should the 'content submod' only be active if playing as Earth.

Also found as Earth I could build Intrepid class ships (destroyers) despite story line reports of problems building additional ships after the NX Enterprise.

Content Submod only adds graphical and audio content; more planet varieties for gas giants, voice packs, ship sets that sort of thing. Events are unchanged.

Most of our anomalies were made *before* it was possible to have switches on event pictures, so to be honest I kind of need to go back and update them to use the new technologies. Certainly for the major empires, even if it's just a few tweaks here and there.
