New hero spawning system ...

When your power ( gold ) is below the value of the new hero it should not spam it over and over again with proposition buy me buy me ( if I don't have the money why it still repop and annoy me ) / ability to toggle new hero spawning somewhere in interface or new hero is ready to pick up somewhere in the gui ( current way is annoying imho whith that figurine standing in the base you click on it and bam you get big window but you don't have gold etc)

Honestly I prefer the game reminding me that there is a high value unit that I should probably try and account for. Mostly I just cry when I realise I screwed up and rush bought something by accident when I was going to buy the hero the next turn.

For me imho it should be something like a rooster with each new hero spawned added to it when it happen then message you can choose a new hero or new hero has arrived. All is oke when you have gold when not it just spamming and spamming and spamming and sometime and just don't need any unit at all al have other plans to spend energy etc.

I thought another opinion would be the best solution to this situation something like buy this hero next turn.
