Save games will be found in the Save games subfolder wich is located under the scenario subfolder.
So usually something like Program files/Paradox/HeartsofIron2/Scenarios/Savegames/

Okay so if you go to install the game it tells you that the game is already installed?

If NO then install

If YES then either there is still a registry entry or an installshield entry.

You must follow the instructions in the Sticky thread on manual uninstall.

If you cannot perform those operations then your security suite is interfereing and should be disabled. If you cannot do this then contact the maker of your security suite and ask them how to disable their program.

If you are having trouble editing a registry entry or deleteing it, that is a problem caused on your end and nothing we can help you with.
