The Italian army is not encircled by then, true; we might set up a rule for that too.
Sorry mice82, but Hatuke - and why the hell assign an Allied player to Germany - merely finished off mine and Teemu's work in France. Paris was well going to be infra zeroed already when Teemu was about to go. Mine was the idea to attack the Maginot and reorganize the Luftwaffe, and runway crater Metz and Lille. Hatuke should've been a bit more careful in deciding what are several long-term, drastic decisions - canceling aircraft serials, starting a nuclear program, postponing Barbarossa, invading Spain - and should've more of played a passive role after the fall of France. Even more so that he comes from the Allied camp.
Moreover, Teemu has been and will be for the whole course of this game the leader of Germany. He's just been temporarily substituted by another player. It seems a little unfair that he has to play a whole other long-term strategy because of a temporary substitution.

Well, spending 1 hour to prevent a total unbalance in the game is worth it. Currently German troops are tied in Italy... and now Spain after the dow. German airforce was in serious trouble in France, so cancelling the serials and building coastal forts and reactors, wtf?! A human US will be in the west and a uber USSR in the east. You expect Teemu to actually sort out that mess now? With the delay in France Germany is already screwed enough as it is and I never thought that they could actually win France that late.
We can make compromises with the issues. Italy, Allies, US... everything can be agreed. But if we continue on August, it will surely doom Germany, which has been quite doomed already.
So I vote Feb and that makes 4-2.
EDIT: And Italy getting in the war immediately? I think it is unfair, the Allies can land in Italy earlier. Maybe Italy could be dowed in August and the divisions will stay in Africa. I think that is fair.

Italy can keep its divisions in Libya but he can still strengthen his positions, a move which will be unfair. I strongly oppose FEB. Otherwise, I'm going to have to consider some other measures.
How about 10-20 dissent for Italy for breaking the rules in the last session and to delay the defence... or to weaken it?
Greg told me that he is not going to vote and Italy is so screwed anyway that we can pretty much decide all the sanctions we want. But seriously, there are under 10 Italian divs in Italy, so how much can he really do in 6 months?
Another option would be that because of fierce fighting in France and the Allied power in Africa, Italy will remain neutral for longer. Till -43 maybe?
Or Italy will join the Axis immediately on Feb with 15 dissent. You will own her in weeks. But you won't land in Italy before August...

In the name of the Brazilian people i say february, cause we see how axis are fked. There is no use of playing the last save game unless u want to start a new one... cause they will be doomed. Lets give the italy and germany a chance to fix... anywho im only brazil so you can just skip my vote because telling the truth i really dont care - if we take february it will be a harder game for the allies and so its more fun for brazil, if we take the last save game it will be an easier game for the allies and so its more fun for brazil ^^
Ahem, let me sort out a few things first.
A) I was never planning on going for the entire Spain. My long-term plan was just blitz my way to Gilbater, get Military access and rub it in Seeco's face. I was planning on doing this to send the wolfpack's into the Mediterranean to help the Regina Marina and escort the Transports to clear out any Italian survivors. Plan failed big time.
B) No, I do NOT want to continue as Germany. In all honestly, I was just messing around due to boredom. I have the logic department in my brain.
C) The fighter serials were canceled because, quite frankly, I found them useless. The battle of Britain was mainly a failure in my opinion and cost some valuable manpower which was needed for reinforcements and the east.
D) The Nuclear Reactor program was a desperate action. With the little prank well under way, I decided to test out soviet defenses. I though " Bah, their reds. Their the French counterpart in the East." Imagine my surprise when I found out what Storm hosted on his border.
E) The Atlantic wall was a measure to liberate troops from the West to reinforce my positions in Romania and Lithuania. I wasn't really planning on going till the end with the project, since I lacked the time to complete it when the IC was needed somewhere else.
F) Wolfpacks. Another reason why I disbanded the Aircraft serials and Militias. I wanted to relieve some pressure off of Greg and my best bet was using submarines. I could of also use this as an excuse to liberate the whole west of Garrisons.
G) The delayed Barbarossa. I couldn't face Storm, I knew I could stand no chance. It was either a stalemate along the polish borders, or him in Berlin in a year or two. I delayed it to manage to construct some defensive along the line and pray that I can hold no matter what. Here came the importance of the reactors. I couldn't face them head to head, even with the airforce. I found nukes to be my only chance for a breakthrough.
H) Regarding the dissident and Italy. Gimme 15 dissident and Nazi 5. It was my problem for being blind after all, and I can take the hit. USA is needed more then Canada anyways. Regarding Italy though, I say take only half of MP gained from disbands and give me the 5-10 dissident. I fell sorry for the bastard.

I don't care either way about the date. Sure, if we go back I won't be at war with Germany, but the state Germany's in, it could be a very, very long and drawn-out war anyway, so I don't care.
I don't blame you Hatuke, Germany was quite screwed already. I might disagree with some things you did, but we all play in our own way.
I'm still supporting February to give Teemu the choice of dowing Spain, bringing US and choosing to initiate or postphone Barbarossa. Getting at war with USA and USSR are the two biggest things in the game, so I think the regular Germany should decide about that.

Added you to the queue. I appreciate that you used the MP thread to ask, unlike some people use the AAR thread... So you will be on the top. We have full 12 players now and we don't want to go over that, because the amount of rehosts and rehosting time increases, which takes too much time already. But if we need another player or start another game someday, then I'll let you know.

It has been decided that we will go back to the February save. So that means no dissent for breaking the rules for FRA/USA and CAN, or should they get some? Then we have Italy. So it has been agreed that the current divs in Africa will stay there. But the Allies want something more? 5-10 dissent ok? Come on, it's still just Italy we're talking about...
And then starting the session earlier. I could do 1,5 hrs earlier, but not more, sorry. So a good time would be 1800 gmt+2/ 1700 gmt+1/ 1600 gmt? Or we could just start 30 min earlier, 1900 gmt+2/ 1800 gmt+1/ 1700 gmt? But depends on the players. I can go with the old time, but earlier time would give more time or to allow us to end earlier. And next session will be especially important (Barbarossa, Pacific and the Allies). So maybe we should reserve more time for this one? But what do you think? We need pretty much all the regulars there in time.

I can probably come any time and probably play till the old end time. An hour would REALLY help us catch up.
I can start from 5pm till 6am or until I'm too sleepy to think strategically. Around 8am
