Why does everyone want my damn blueprints!? First is was the Brits harassing me, then the French, and lately both the Soviets and the Spains joined them! Have they finally realized that our glorious, Italian technology surpasses theirs in every department, hmmmmm?

Ok, most people probably think that Hax should be banned and no 2nd chances. But I think the fair thing to do is to vote. If he gets back to the game, it's his last chance and he will be banned on the slightest misbehavior.
So just vote YES or NO on taking him back. The voting will end on Friday. To keep this vote neutral I will vote at the end of the week... and I'm not sure of my vote either.
If Hax doesn't get back, Delex can take his place.
I think that the upload speed doesn't matter that much with hosting anyway. The game went well at above normal speed, even when I hosted. And I had almost the worst net... only 800kb upload. So I think one more player won't lag the game and we need minors to be substitutes... like we saw yesterday.

Hi, saw the AAR and I would like to join if there is space. I have a good connection (1 MB Internet) and im experienced with HOI 2 multiplayer games. I would really like to take over CHC or I can also take over any other country if there is a need.
