New game with Leviathans or NG with Leviathans+Utopia

I haven't been able to pick up Leviathans before but in preparation for Utopia/Banks I was able to trade in some old games (thank you Witcher 3) to get enough to pay for both. Now, my question is do I wait for Utopia/Banks to drop before playing a game with Leviathans or wait until the 1.5 improvements to hit?

I do enjoy the game atm but playing while waiting for 1.5 is difficult now ha.

Meeting some Leviathans will distract you from the need to get Utopia, maybe. So why not try?
