Spains and Frances border looks like a huge battlefield and you're navies are almost equal with England too.. I can't see why England has so poor navy

England has got around 200 warships, are you sure you're looking at the right stats? Anyways more are underconstruction, with better leaders and soon to have improved crt England will put France under seize...
