Charles II, I think that EST is CET-6 or something like that not sure tho. Austria is still free so you can play it, if the time ok for you ill sign u up to Austria then?
Delosandes, it is from 14:00 to 18:30 your time so i suppose you can play as Castile then. Welcome!
And now the rules suggestions...
- every player gains an explore in year 1650;
= Map trading becomes allowed at 1600 and by that time the colonial powers should have explored at least africa and america quite nicely already so its not needed.
- costs for edits between the sessions;
=No way, but players are encouraged to do all they can ingame as the rule says: -Province/Army/Fleet selling or other stuff between 2 players which are costly or impossible to do ingame will be edited after session.
- NAP must be declared on the thread and in the game;
=This depends on the players, if two enemies do NAP then of course its wisest thing for them to announce it publically but its really up to the players so nope.
- spheres of influence can be declared to avoid unexpected reactions;
=People usually deal these by themselves so cant really see it necessary, player can always just wp the nation it dowed if its intervened by another player
- max 2 humans in a MA, avoiding teams (3 humans vs 3 humans in Europe);
=Id have to go with Urko on this one though there is some unholy alliances which should be avoided for example England-France-Castile or France-Austria-Byzantium which would be too strong, and anyway people can always do separate wars so alliance rules wont do much difference
- a DoW to a human's vassal needs DoW to its human Lord?
=Good idea unless its some sort of deal of course
