Only some suggests for GM:
- every player gains an explore in year 1650;

Uhmm.... Maybe the date of gaining the explorer should be discussed :S

- costs for edits between the sessions;

I VOTE FOR!!

- NAP must be declared on the thread and in the game;

This is a choice of the participants in it, i think they should be free to make secret agreements.

- spheres of influence can be declared to avoid unexpected reactions;

Their option is.

- max 2 humans in a MA, avoiding teams (3 humans vs 3 humans in Europe);

Uhmm... maybe a max of 3?

- a DoW to a human's vassal needs DoW to its human Lord?

Maybe would be better that if a coutnry is vassal of a human player, and they're beated by another human, the peace would be an alliance peace.

I wish to play, if Austria is still open? What does that time translate into EST, because I am horrible with time zones, etc.? :)
1800 CET (Central European Time) = 1200 EST, i.e. midday.

Charles II, I think that EST is CET-6 or something like that not sure tho. Austria is still free so you can play it, if the time ok for you ill sign u up to Austria then?

Delosandes, it is from 14:00 to 18:30 your time so i suppose you can play as Castile then. Welcome!

And now the rules suggestions...

- every player gains an explore in year 1650;
= Map trading becomes allowed at 1600 and by that time the colonial powers should have explored at least africa and america quite nicely already so its not needed.

- costs for edits between the sessions;
=No way, but players are encouraged to do all they can ingame as the rule says: -Province/Army/Fleet selling or other stuff between 2 players which are costly or impossible to do ingame will be edited after session.

- NAP must be declared on the thread and in the game;
=This depends on the players, if two enemies do NAP then of course its wisest thing for them to announce it publically but its really up to the players so nope.

- spheres of influence can be declared to avoid unexpected reactions;
=People usually deal these by themselves so cant really see it necessary, player can always just wp the nation it dowed if its intervened by another player

- max 2 humans in a MA, avoiding teams (3 humans vs 3 humans in Europe);
=Id have to go with Urko on this one though there is some unholy alliances which should be avoided for example England-France-Castile or France-Austria-Byzantium which would be too strong, and anyway people can always do separate wars so alliance rules wont do much difference

- a DoW to a human's vassal needs DoW to its human Lord?
=Good idea unless its some sort of deal of course :rolleyes:

Venice doesnt have many cores. In Comparison to that Byzanz as competitor has loads of them. Little bit unbalanced, think.
What about giving Venice cores on all italian cultured provinces?

I loaded saved ToT scenario and found messages about 2 mismatches with my db folder.
GM's words:
"Also the scenario can be asked for from Urko if you want to take a look at it just for fun".

Also I would verify there if I start with 8 cities or 5 cities + 3 colonies and with stability at 0 (what's my fault? :( ).

Btw, Venice starts being a lot more pwoerful thatn the competitor Byz...

Or do you think i forgot your strategy of rush atacck over OE with Venice in 1420? ;)

Venice now has a permanent cb over Genoa, which is a pretty good help in its conquest of Italy. :D

Anyway, Lj is who will decide this, maybe decides giving you cores over all northern italian provs or so.

I loaded saved ToT scenario and found messages about 2 mismatches with my db folder.

I know the ToT has some mismatches, but the "DelusionsofGrandeurI" scenario has not any, if the ToT had errors, they were fixed.

Does a Colonial Wars also bar naval conflicts in European waters, or just land battles?

Lady Jarsky always will say the last word in this, but i think that naval conflicts aren't banned that way.

Are we playing in a edited scenario? I would like to take a look at it!

When you want. Just tell me your ICQ number or msn messenger ;)

Thank you very much, CoGM. I didn't find mismatches and messages.
I start with 7 cities and stab 0, Suzdal belongs to Muscowy.
I find Sweden in 2 MA: DEN-NOR-SWE and SWE-FIN, it needs a correction.

You're very welcome :) . And about that detail... Did no one tell you ever that being so observant is not healthy? :p :)

Na, just kidding. Thanks for noticing that... I hoped no one would, but since it was noticed i'll have to make it part of the Kalmar Union MA. ;)
