I ask here the GM an edit for an exchange my Voronezh to Lithuania to receive Nizhgorod as Novgorod. It defines better our common border and gives me the chance to become Russia later.
Besides it needs the confirm by Moredhel as Poland (Lithuania is AI and his vassal).

There was a Treaty I reckon 1 week before the beginning of the MP (but no traces damned MSN!!!! (( )
but as you all want me to remember this treaty written by GB, Flanders and Portugal (naturly you are best friends so i'm always wrong if i'm against one of you)
I was not so keen on this treaty (no place to colonize for me exepted Northern Canada)
there were some concessions given by Portugal (who wanted me to protect him against Spain) Portugal would let me some lands to colonize (really can't remember which) some islands and some place in a continent, perhaps Somalia, can't be sure sorry
but ok to honor my part of the contract but honor yours too

So during the game i didn't remember that treaty, too far away, (1month?more?) but I noticed a known land perhaps known since the beginning, that was free but with omaneses troops (oman colonises often) so I colonized there for 3 or 4 years (600d spent)
and after that my friend Portugal (who wanted me to exploit the vassalization bug with him -vassal taxes keep the same but leader get 50% turned it down as it is not fair) claimed that i'm a cheater, I didnt appreciate the way to say that

So France always helped his allies (even if it gave me +10BB), honored its treaties and respected his friends and always tried to find a diplomatic way to conflicts
and now I claim that ok Somalia is perhaps portuguese BUT then find me another place to colonize as it was stated in our treaty otherwise i want my money back and public apologises (for stating i'm a cheater and a warmonger) otherwise take it by sword BUT if spain, portugal GB and Flanders make an alliance against me just as they are friends on this forum find another player to accept this treaty

The treaty was quite simple, but of course things are easily forgotten we cant blame you for that. Areas for your colonization was located at North America, some parts of Africa (cant remember what either), some islands here and there and later on I agreed on you getting parts of India. The reason you get so "little" is that France is never a BIG colonial nation, it starts its colonization at late state and usually most areas are grabbed by then. The treaty enabled you to have certain guaranteed areas which you get, without the treaty you might have ended up with nothing.

And as i said several times ingame, NO EUROPEAN NATION SEES ETHIOPIA AT START, you probably gained the maps by annexing some ai nation which saw them.
Also the vasallization "bug" is not a bug after all as I have tried to explain to Urko. The actuall loss in taxes is just very tiny but people seem to always overexaggarate it.

Its good thing you now understand that those areas are Portuguese, if you are looking for colonizable lands in Africa you should consult Urko about the lands he letted u have. The most we can offer you is the colonies being deleted and you getting the 600d by edit(quite harsh price for few tps and colony tho), since Portugal wont pay for lands he rightfully owns.

The reason we reacted so harshly is that if this deal is broken its going to be chaotic with nations grabbing as much as they can, with this deal we can maintain a certain organization. And if 1 can brake it, someone else can too so the hole treaty can collapse if there is someone who doesent follow it. Although at this point its uncertain on will this deal keep on going.

We never planned any grand alliance against you and only reason i was being on Portugals "side" was that Urko was absent at that moment and i feeled that it was urgent to try and solve this crisis. I do not believe i did anything to apologize for but if i did then i offer my humble apologizes.

Well... I have played eu2 for... 1 and half a year, almost 2.... And i my actions, who most fo the players who have played with me can see, prove that i am a decent player who always honour treaties. I don't need more publicity than that. You're not fond on my way to say you cheated? Then, know that I wasn't fond at all when you said that Somalia is Europe, and that if i wanted it i'd have to take it by sword or paying, and then added that, of course, if it wasn't europe i'd have to tell you it before you colonized thre .

1st) I didn't tell you you are a warmonger.
2nd) How can you ask for public apologises for me saying ypou were a cheater, if youre replu was even more unpolite than mine??? And remember, you're saying in public and in forum, which is worse, that i called you warmonger, when i didn't.
3d) What alliance against you? You took lands which are rightfully mine and now you ask not only for a fabulous (600 ducats) sum of money for 1 level 1 colony and a Tp of the level 1 too, but also invent stories about me, or us, creating an alliance versus you when flandern (cause i don't remmeber any english intervention even), only tried to settle the dispute peacefully beign mdoerator and even said we'd have to settle this by ourselves, cause retreated, and you now say we're allied versus you?


Want after all this public apologises from me? Then tell yor public apologises for all that and i'll apologise too, and then, give me the 2 provicnes which are rightfully mine. That's all i have to say.

well i needed 6 attemps to build 3 TP (25d)
and I made 5 attemps to buil a colony on them (80d) => 550d

well saying i'm a cheater and that i'm taking any opportunity to develop myself by not honoring a treaty for me that's warmonging

well England was in our discussion about Etiopia (don't understand why?) but you seemed not to be with us
I didnt tell you "will" make an alliance against me but IF, as I need to justify myself not just with you but with Flanders too and I had to do it with england too

well for instance if venice broke a treaty with Austria for instance, Venice doesn't have to justify his acts to Flanders (and I had to justify myself during 2hours that was really annoying) so i don't understand why I have to justify myself to Flanders and before to England

You having to justify to me and england was because this deal affects us all, if 1 brakes it, someone else might too, creating an unstoppable chain reaction. So when 1 brakes it, we all discuss about it and try to solve it.

I thought i made it clear that you were supposed to get some lands in America and Africa due to the colonial treaty, i do not remember what exactly, you should consult with Portugal and England about what they were, i only remember the deal with India between us since its in my sphere of influence. The colonial treaty gave lands to all nations included in it, so there definately were some lands for you.

Concerning stats: Earendilhe didnt get the save, so he hasnt been able to post it but im sure we can work something out.

550 + 25 = 575... Never though a Tp there could cost 25, while all mine cost 17 or 18 ducats... and, btw, next tiem i colonize in another player reserved lands, i'll ask for more than costed to me (whatever the price was lower to the price you say or not, you gain money sicne you asked for 600) and that way get some ducats even. A Good business, ins't it?

If one player breaks the colonial pact, which was done to secure to each some lands to colonize and 1 breaks it, then it has relation with them, sicne signers respect the land sof the others ONLY IF all the players respect the lands. If the pact si broken by one, then it loses all the meaning and is compeltely broken for the player who is the victim, which affects them a lot... So they become guarantizers of the pact, since in all the changed all signers are involved.

Btw, i was talking about Somalia, and in my last psot, i talked about 1 tp level 1 and 1 colony level 1, sicne i am the only one who rmemebers what lands were the given to you it seems. Here's a map where you can see them:
