- Conservational: Reduction in consumer good consumption
- Wasteful: Increase in consumer good consumption
- There is a food stockpile policy, which decide how much food you want to stockpile.
- Food output rate only give increase population growth rate once you reach the stockpile number set by your policy.
- Population continue to growth, as long as you have a stockpile
- Negative effect start to accumulate as you go deeper into underproduction, once you are out of stockpile.
