New Event Trigger Needed

this is actually a two fold post, and I apologize in advance if this has been said before.........

1st We need a trigger to chech for certain domestic policy values. I am writing several events and cannot get the results I need without this type of trigger. This trigger would allow a huge improvement in event design and realism.

2nd Since I cannot find this trigger in the event commands list I an assumeing "uh oh" that it is not available. If it is, I apologize, and could someone plz tell me where an example is.

Aren't the ML/SD/SC event files already filled with events that use them as triggers?
