lol ok well thanks. but when i play the game and i have children in the game the event "a terrible diaster has happened" which reduces one of the kids traits and gives them an illness and they end up dying by the time they turn 2???
Yes, terrible things can happen in reality and in the game.

the event is called Delibrating Accident and it always kills the offspring b4 they turn 2???
Just bad luck I would say and the event only fires if your offspring has high stats.

ok thanks but one more question can u create your own scenario. and if you can how you do that???
You usually don't start by creating your own scenario. You usually start out by adding smaller things to a save-game. Modding characters, adding Kingdoms, etc.
If you want help with that stuff you should probably ask on the Modifications subforum.
