Hi everyone, i just bought the new dlc and realized some important mechanics have been changed. I actually kind of liked the new supply system, it now looks more realistic right now. But i'm having some problems to understand it fully. I know the basics of this new system, i know that supplies are carried by railways to the supply hubs. Then from those supply hubs it's carried away by horses or trucks to the nearby provinces. İf there is an oversea state like Spanish Africa just as in my situation. It's been transferred by convoys. But i didn't quite understand right now whether both provinces and states has separate supply limits ? And despite all of this i cannot fully understand how the heck i'm not getting enough supplies through my port even if it's not damaged and operating normally. Can anyone who understood this mechanic %100 explain me what is the problem in my situation because i just lost africa because of this :((

The second screenshot shows a route efficiency of 5% -- 1 whole convoy made it across the Straight. Most likely, either you don't have enough spare convoys to carry the supplies, or the enemy is putting your beans and bullets on the bottom.

Yes, the red sea supply lines signify either it's getting sunk on the way, not enough convoys, or you have ships out there trying to get supplies and can't get enough, or a combination. (I've seen all those possibilities.)

Post a save, and we can probably make more sense of the whole picture.
