Hi all, I have just started playing HOI IV and am playing as the UK in the 1936 scenario.

I have gone through all the opening moves after watching many of the fabulous guides that people have put up on Youtube. Problem is, I want to recruit more soldiers and make more Infantry Divisions, but I don't have enough Army Experience to make them. Do I just have to wait, or is there something else I should be doing?

But that doesn't give me any more Divisions, right?
No, it gives you more army experience, which you mentioned.

If you want more manpower in order to create new divisions, have you changed your conscription law from civilian? Have you researched the Military Training Act focus?

To train new divisions in existing division templates, you need manpower (recruiting laws) and equipment (produced by military factories).
To make different division templates, you need army XP, produced by combat and by on-map training of your existing divisions.
