A cool idea would be to make a new map theme for deserts and a special disaster for those themes could be a sand storm and a new service could be street sweepers and a policy could be window washers for buildings. I think a lot could be done here and maybe a blizzard for winter cities that buries them in snow to the point the city comes to a hault until the snow plows take care of the situation.

I really do like the ideas for blizzards and sandstorms, but I'm not sure how useful a window washer could be for buildings as a policy. It's not really the city that takes care of windows, it's usually just the business itself or a separate company that is specifically for windows.

Yeah that true but I couldn't think of another policy. Also there's a policy that makes the elderly have spikes on the bottom of there shoes so you know, doesn't have to be that realistic lol. Maybe the policy would be like encourages buildings to have window washers so there land value doesn't go down and the cims don't get upset its dirty.

I haven't seen that policy yet and I have all the DLC lol. But I can see what you're getting at.
