I know this was brought up by several other threads, but I wanted to regroup them in one so we can discuss them, let's begin :
-Non-Aggression Pacts :
It's pretty simple actually, it will allow the player (and the IA) to "create a truce" and determine it's duration and if one of the two parties break it they will loose 2 stability and 50 prestige and a bit of Diplomatic Reputation (all the numbers are to be debated and modified to be balanced), it will mostly serve in multiplayer where players like rulers will loose their reputation if they break their arrangements
-Tributaries :
Tributaries are a new type of subjects, that will give you 50% of their taxes in exchange of a warranty that hey won't be attacked, it will create a 2 years truce (again the numbers are to be discussed) and if the subject is attacked the overlord can be called into but will only lose 5 (or 10 it's to be discussed) prestige
Feel free to add more diplomatic options and to discuss this ones.
