Another random idea... When the event pops up, the game starts listening to sounds. If it hear you scream " RAAAAAHH" loud enough, you get -1 stab. If not, CTD without saving

It should be a be quick or be death type of event. When you hover over the option it will begin from -1 stab but every 5 seconds you waste to click it will increase it.. -2, -3, -4, -5, -6, +100 infamy HAHA
