That's not the correct form. First, the Batutsi were the dominant people and the Bahutu (and Batwa) were not. Second, Batutsi and Bahutu transformed into merely social stages instead of ethnical cleavages. Only after the Belgians introduced their colonial abuse of Rwanda and Burundi, the ethnical diversions were stirred up.
