I know there is now technically 5 end game crises. The ai that hardly ever triggers properly, the preythorian who? The unbidden who are so bidden they almost always arrive, along with war in heaven and the awakening of a single fe. I also know there is a mod for multiple of the above to happen at once. However, its weird that the stellaris galaxy only knows 2 levels of intensity, regular when normal empires fighy for supremacy, and insane when some unimaginable crises occurs. Wouldnt it make more sense to have different levels of crises that can occur at different points in the game, leading to a more fluid scale up to an endgame crises (kind of like mass effect series built into reaper invasion). Like why do we suddenly have an ai war but no real warning signs before it other than synths asking once to not be treated as property. Or with the unbidden hkw they just appear all at once but you dont see any warning signs of reality ruppjng on a large scale. Or the prythorian scourge apears but its once and from obe direction of the galaxy, when id imagine theyd likely behave more like turanids intersecring galaxy a) outside a perfect planar angle b) in multiple places c) with differing or divergent scourges as they branch off by losing each other in the void of intergallactic travel
