Hi there. I was wondering if there are any mods or forthcoming patches that will address the issue of all those new, shall we say "post-colonial" countries having zero leaders (Those "Shadow" leaders). Surely it cannot be too hard to find out who was in charge of, say, Singapore during this time. Any help?
