Is it possiple to create a completely new county and how?

Is it possiple to change some provinses/contrys religions to for instanse pagan.

i'd like to get more vassals for sweden(from the finnish areas)
and it would be great if some of them were orthodox or pagan

And province religion can be changed either in the country.csv or in the scenarios .inc files. For how the latter is done you can sneak a peek at how the files look for e.g. the 1773 scenario (or other late scenario)
