Simply put, i'd like an ability to see which casus belli are of interest when i open the ledger. When you unlock CBs that apply to a wide variety of nations, your ledger is full of CBs, and there might be dozens of nations that you have a truce with.

It's a strain to keep mousing over the main screen truce tab, comparing said nations to the ledger, to then write down by hand which nations are available for declaring war. The main screen truce tab isn't ordered alphabetically while the ledger is, and there are frequent nations in there that you lack a CB for, you cannot browse the ledger while the truces are displayed because of mouseover. There are a lot of these things, and they all add up to a headache. I often shut down the game to take a break when i need to start a new war, just since it is that much of a strain. I need to be fresh.
I am writing this post while cooling down as a matter of fact.

Adding a column in the ledger showing a green checkmark if not truce with the nation associated with the CB in the ledger, and a red cross if truce with would fix everything wonderfully!

This is a simpler implementation than a CB mapnode or adding general CB truce/untruce information to the diplomatic node, also something that i would request.
