I am on a Mac and Steam has still not give me my CD-Key I don't have access to a PC. Any way I can get my game registered? What if I email Paradox my Steam order# and they register my game? Steam is just so unresponsive.

You should try that, another forum member got his game registered that way.

If you don't have access to a windows machine, that pretty much leaves emailing paradox as the only option. It will take some time but as Obst said, it worked for another member on the forums: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?539874-CiM-registeration-%28Steam-version%29
