Russian player should be more aggressive than me. I'd very
much prefer economical development instead of warring. Is it
possible to pick something like Sweden?
Only if smn isn't there or wants someone else, but we're fairly flexible.
Russia in 1502 doesn't need to be that agressive anyway unless Sweden is attacking, since it doesn't get non-Russian core shields on Poland-Lithuania or some of the southeast till 1540 or so.
Sweden is in a war at the moment and it's a bit knackered. It also can't break its vassalisation to Denmark until it's made peace. smn tried and failed to get a separate peace from Mecklemburg (the other alliance leader) several times. Sweden will need to rebuild not attack next session, at least for a few years. In any case, Sweden is probably better off waiting for her first set of overly powerful leaders, unless Denmark (or Russia) has already taken a beating.Originally posted by FAL

We got to Jan 1514 tonight after several people had connection problems trying to get into DU, but will still play this game tomorrow as well.
Players today were as follows:
France - Owen
OE - Archduke
Spain - Duma
Austria - Anibal then Cambion
Sweden - ForzaA then ai
Muscowy - Robertus then ai
England - FAL
Brandenburg - RedPhoenix
I know neither Anibal and Cambion can make tomorrow, but Inri can take over Austria again.
Red do you have somewhere to host the save file? Oh, and can you play tomorrow too? I can ICQ the file to anyone who wants it, but won't be in till about 1815 to 1830 GMT tomorrow.
France has expanded through friendly diplomacy. That is all I have to say for the time being. I will tell tomorrow's Austrian player the rest of the deal I made today.
