I have a suggestion for retinues - option for consolidate regiments of one type. (Like it done in EU4.

When my retinue was in hard battle and only 1/3 of people remain, I had to retreat this army and wait until retinue would replenished.
It costs enormous amount of money and time.
In such situations I often try to drop most damaged units to have them rebuild after more fresh unit would restored their ranks.
But I feel it would be better if I can just consolidate units of same type into fully operational.
It reduce my expenses on reinforcements and allow me to rebuild lost unit later when I get money needed.
