Hey, I absolutely love this mod. Just wanted to ask, what is the intention behind limiting the construction of buildings? I know it's in development, and perhaps some new features I'm unaware of are being implemented or planned, but I find it kind of weird that the limit is so low and realm-wide, not just province based. Doesn't it cause stagnation? Does it make sense that castles in Armenia would be as developed as those in Paris?

The intention behind the limit is to force you to make choices and prioritise what you need most.
It is not realm wide. Technology is province based and the local province's technology is checked.

The new building system is not being developed anymore. The full rewrite of the mod will eventually feature a different building system that is hopefully more versatile and fun to use, hopefully building on the strengths of the old and the new systems.
