So I decided to make a building/ economy mod. This is to add flavour to the game. A .of will be based around a dystopian theme with ideas taken from sci fi stables such as Dune, star wars, 1984, blade runner, alterted carbon. Plus some general government buildings.
The mod will come in 2 phases.
Phase one:
This will just include buildings, new tes and new job.
Buildings on my list. Most of these will have upgrade trees
The following builings are one off builings that can e built once.
Army command headquarters
This will be your army's main headquarters and consist of general's giving a boost to army creation speed and upkeep
Admiralty headquarters
Similiar to the army but consists of admirals giving a boost to command limit, ship rate of fire and military doctrine research.
Office of Domestic affairs.
Boost to admiration and unity.
Office of foreign affairs
Bost to diplomacy and influence.
Ministry of love
For authoritarian governments only. New job torturers which increase government ethics attraction and stability plus comes with enforces.
Ministry of peace
Boost in navy capacity
Ministry of plenty.
Trade and production increase
Ministry of truth
Unity and influence boost.
Next are general buildings, some may have caps.
Freeport.
Massive Trade boost but comes with crime
Slum = mega slums
These are cheap housing units with low upkeep but again comes with crime.
Intelligence outpost = intelligence sector HQ
Sensor range boost and has spys and analysts which reduce ethics divergence and increase stability.
Smugglers outpost = pirate haven
Massive money boost from bribes, increase in crime and piracy. Diplomatic cost for harbouring pirates.
Casino = mega casino = casino city.
Money from taxes and trade but crime increase.
Brothel = pleasure palace = pleasure city
Money, trade and population growth but increase in crime.
Corperate arcology
Massive building providing a huge number of trade jobs.
Slum arcology
Massive slum that packs in a huge number of pops but at expense of crime.
Luxury arcology
Massive luxury residence .
Trench = fortified trench = fortified trench system
Boost to army defence.
Bunker = fortified bunker = bunker complex
Defence increase, orbital bombardment protection, and garrison.
Slave pit = ampetheatre = bloodsport area.
Increase in ameinties, army attack but at expense of slave happiness
Reducation camp
Increases government ethics attraction.
Forced labour camp
Increase in slave production.
