Changes in Brazil
Hello everyone and I wish there were more things in Brazil. I live there and I don't speak English very well, so I prefer to use the translator. So let's start.
NOTE: To show new provinces, I am using a mod that changes the provinces, as it is more accurate.

New provinces
EU4 Rio de janeiro map.png

1: It is Rio de Janeiro where it should be, Here it surrounds the bay of Guanabara and Niterói.

16: Serra da Barriga. Palmares place, where they resisted for almost 100 years against the Portuguese.
17: Crato.

I'm thinking about some events too, then I can update.

Brazil and South America in general definitively need an overhaul. There is an extensive suggestion for the continent by @Orlov Kruskayev , it would be great to see your thoughts about it.

I am more familiar with European Portuguese, but what hellish name is "Farina Podre"? Rotten Flour?

But one thing that really bothers me is the division in both individual provinces, states/territories and frankly the very colonial area in the (today's) borders between Argentina/Uruguay and the Brazilian Santa Tecla/Porto Alegre provinces. It would be nice if it Uruguay/Cisplatine could at least be a five provinces colonial area for nations wanting to reach the Falklands before whomever is colonising La Plata, but without settling in Africa or enraging the Pope by stealing someone else's lands.

One historically accurate solution would be turning the Sao Vincente-Rio area provinces in a new colonial area mirroring Villegagnon's France Antartique. As far as Sao Vicente goes, the Portuguese-Amerindian bandeirantes there never felt they were subjects of the Portuguese/Spanish crowns until quite a few centuries later.
In my humble opinion, Colonial Brazil should be divided in two distinct colonial areas. That would make more sense and give the Brazilian Empire something to do when they form. But more importantly, reaching the Falklands and South Georgia before whomever took LaPlata.
