But you will have to join to get the downloads,which is not difficult you can choose to make the board English from the bottom right hand corner of the screen and its easy to work out the rest and there is a English section you can ask questions in and Doomtrader and all the boys there are very helpful.

- Foreign IC use
- Foreign Manpower use

Hi sorry for the very late response. Im actually not sure any of those were moddable in HoI1.

EDIT: Luxor has started a new download site at http://www.bopworld.org/dload.php?action=category&cat_id=22
Currently has 0.91 and hopefully he'll add 0.9 soon.
