Are you still seeing crashes with 0.2? I think I've messed something up in my installation, files are all over the place with the mixed mod-dir functionality :( so it is hard to troubleshoot.

With the last events that i added... (Post_War events, irelandevents, 1 USA event, and Kolonien because SykoNurse reported a CtD, so i have to recheck it to be sure).

Check the Event Help Desktop thread... i posted the event that, by my tests, it is the one that is generating the problems... but i could not see anything on it... :(

the only *good* thing about the moddir, is that you can read a new text.csv... if it wasn't for that i would have already removed it... ;)

in a handsoff game the axis was pretty successful and had nearly beaten the USSR standing behind Magnitogorsk, had reconquered Finland and Norway. Japan was giving the commies a hard time in the far east. Then in´45 the end of the swedish winter war happened and the USSR was restored to it´s prewar borders!
That needs to be fixed.

Yeah, that was raised a while back both in C.O.R.E. forum and in bug forum. I think Generalismo modified the event, otherwise I'll do it - it's a simple fix (just some extra triggers) that I posted somewhere here.


EDIT: There was some talk of using a command for separate peace but I don't think Sweden should sign a peace with USSR if Sweden is a part of Axis or Allies, so I'd suggest this to be added if Generalisimo didn't already do this.

Generalisimo, how did the tests go yesterday? I'm really keen on seeing a New Beta 0.2 of C.O.R.E. *** Discussion Thread *** in here :D :cool: :D

On a general point for this forum, some of the threads are getting very long and loaded with event text that has long since been replaced etc. Can I suggest the authors of long posts edit those posts to remove old code, this will make browsing the threads much easier for everybody.

the last 2 tests that i made were good. :)
one with Afghanistan, i remained nuetral until 1939 when i joined the axis, then i defended myself against UK, until i was defeated in 1942.
the other, with Oman, i just watched the game, the only thing i did was to send my division as a expeditionary force to UK. In 1943 i got bored and finished the game.

The problem now is that my new motherboard has arrived, so i disassembled my PC, assembled the new one... BUT, my memory didn't work, i have to buy a new one... so until i buy new RAM i don't have a PC. :(

well, it is easier to include that file directly on the installer, so CORE modifies it... ;)

Is the MKShep's techmod included in current or next version of C.O.R.E? If not then is it compatible with C.O.R.E? Is there anything else that C.O.R.E adds besides events? I mean AI mods etc?

new AI's, new nations, new events, and it was supose to include the new tech mod, but more testing is required... so the new techs are for the next version... :(
