Unlike you, me and angry did try to get forces to africa but it was SE's good play that prevented us from doing so in a fast manner. If you read the posts carefully you would know this. SE did play very well, both builds and on the battlefield from what ive seen so far. His UK was far superior to yours. Your fate would have been far worse had you the courage to play on but like most UK who get hammered so bad so early you ran and gave up. At least SE has the courage to play on and see it through despite his large losses.
And yes your fate would have been the same if not far worse due to your complete lack of armoured forces. Africa/Middle east and into india for Germany would have been a cakewalk, and nothing you could do to stop me.
So why dont you pipe down until you put your hand into the ring again, or are you only good at running when things dont go your way.

I should be here tomorrow, but am warning you all that my net is capped. Also as the only day me and the GF as she has been dubbed by most of you now, have were we can spend some qaulity time with each other is thursday. I have allready spoken to Mighty G to sub me so that you can all still play thursday. I know there was also some sensitive issue with Bakkus regarding a MG sub situation, but given that after the UK's significant losses all it is doing is rebuilding, clearing dissent and digging into defensive positions mainly in the pacific. Bakkus has also aggreed that he has no drama's with MG subbing me. If there are no major drama's with the group then I'll try and get MG on standby for tomorrow night as well just incase my capped net makes the game unplayable on my end or the GF decides to grant me an extra day of qaulity time. Also before we all start winging about Stalins capped net and ever changing work roster (sound like anyone you know Mike?), it is the 20th today and my cap should be lifted on the 23rd at midnight. So I should be fine to play next week with no hassels. SE.
he can only sub you stalin under 1 condision: he has seen my Japaneese forces and he must Keep his mouth shut about the strength of my army, Navy and Airforce.

I dont have any issues with G playing. As long as he dosnt pass on any information he may have heard in Axis TS.
As for your net SE, yes it will stop us from playing. We are having some minor lage issues already now that most are at war. With you capped game will be unplayable as we know from the past.
Hey SE sounds like G might be a long term sub for you, with your work, GF and crap internet what little time you did have to play you cant due to net. Seriously though SE if you cant commit to play now due to your romantic life, then G should look at being a long term co-op player for the UK.

an over confident UK player who has had his arse kicked starts to lose interest and wants a sub. Other players say they cant play anymore. Talk about same old same old. Thats 8 games in a row. Does anyone understand its a commitment to finish when we start. I think i will play France from now on as you at least get a few battles in before the inevitable happens. Mike I warned you!

What can you do tonic....tell people they cant enlist in there military and serve there country or perhaps I tell SE he cant have a women in his life and go out and have some fun. Get real this is a game, we play when we all can. Real life does get in the way some times. I find it amazing we play at all, just think a couple of queenslanders, a kiwi, a new south whalshmen, a dutch coon, a stinky yank and a sandgrouper (me). Thats a hell of a combination.
Kick back and just enjoy the game, im sure we will figure some thing out no one is leaving this game until its through.

that argument washes Mike on the basis of a here and there frequency of occurence. But not near every game for 2 years for f sake.
USSR Update
May not be noticable to the Axis but a real sense of having turned the corner tonite as Allies. For the first time the dreaded P word ie plan was floated out in conjunction with the dreaded o word ie options.
By session end the Allied Boss Cocky was starting to produce the equivalent beginnings of a RASTIUS/TONIC (AKA AAA-TEAM) benchmark strategy that may (given the late start) save the allies from oblivion. Some more planning and the Allies will only go from strength to strength.
German whole game casualties still border on zero which is a huge problem for the ussr but you just never know what can happen between now and any Drang nach Osten if the allies play to their strengths.
Meanwhile the USSR continues to produce top quality agressive military units in large numbers in case anyone loses their cool. Uncle Joes vision of the V/V/V blob is close to fruition whereby level 5 tanks supported by level 5 inf covered by level 5 intercepters do battle with the enemy in large numbers. The international appetite to fight 300 of these units remains to be seen.
