5) Guidelines for USA & Japan entry:
a) Base USA war entry is 1st January 1942.
b) Each seperate Axis DOW/Alliance with the following countries: Turkey, Spain,Tibet, Persia brings forward USA entry by 6 months eg and attack on Spain would allow USA to join the war 1 July 1941(may not DOW Japan unless Tibet was the country attacked). If Turkey and Persia are DOW/brought in to alliance USA may enter 1st January 1941.Italy may enter when Paris is captured and it must be after March 1940.
c) The reverse is also true: Should the UK ally with anyone of the above countries USA war entry is put back 6 months. No CW troops in the Med(SA,NZ & and Australia must remain in their home provinces until Italy is in the war).

Stalin Elite told me in your last games Persia has been replaced by Sweden. So now if the Axis attack Turkey, Spain, Tibet it brings forward US war entry by 6 months.
Is this correct.
I need to know so I can work out my strategy for this game and who im allowed to attack and who not with out penalty.
Obviously Sweden is a prime target for Germany with the Scandivian puppet being very powerful.
Need an answer on this plz.

Axis Comrade said:I am almost 100 percent certain there was a revised ruleset that replaced Persia with Sweden for the simple reason that Persia generally joins the allies. This generally takes place in around mid 41, just before or just after Barbarossa. So in theory if Persia is the country in the ruleset, then that would put USA war entry back by 6 months. I am pretty certain that is why it got changed to Sweden. SE.

Youll have USSR to answer for a DOW on Sweden or Turkey NAP or no NAP.
.....
Im not aware of any rules that have changed
g) If Russia decides to enter the war over a Sweden or Turkey attack the 6 month reduction for USA entry does not apply.

I dont really understand what your asing to be honest?? nothing has changed relatively. You DOW sweden or Turkey and i sure as shit wont take it sitting down.

mike8472 said:Im not interested in what the USSR will or will not do, your days are numbered. If you DOW on me in 1939 or 1940 the USSR is certainly finished, I do not fear an early war with the USSR it would suit me. However for the game sake I normaly leave the USSR alone till mid 1941 unless im provoked.
My questions was only to clarify what stalin told me, that sweden had replaced persia in the rules as Persia joins the allies anyway and would turn back US war entry by 6 months. Instead Sweden was added to balance the game as to give Germany a penalty for invading it. It makes sense to me. I just want it 100% certain so I can make war planes on what I can and cannot do with or without penalty.
