Me and G certainly had some awesome and hard fought battles in the East. Im sure he enjoyed himself even though he lost alot of units, hes still in the fight and will be very hard to put the final nail in his coffin.
I was actualy very worried about Russia, only doing one year of industrial builds myself and focusing on building an army and navy mostly, I didnt know if I would have enough forces to hammer him.
As me and G discussed last night after he lost nearly his entire central army. Me and Munster have planned this war since I was in Perth. Our main aim was speed, to encricle or out run the Russian hordes of infantry. Munster has tech rushed mech all game and we now have lots and lots of mech, plus motorised and armour. All up we have some 120-130 mobile fast units, by summer 42 that will grow to between 160-180 Armour/Mech/Motorised.
The UK is of little relevance, nothing the Allies could have done would have prevent this outcome so far in the east as I would have exactly the same amount of mobile forces as I always do in russia.
The only thing that could have stoped it is lots of Russian armour, as G tells me though he built a big airforce which hes does have. Only problem there isnt many stukas to shoot down, air has not been much of factor in this game in the east. I wasnt going much air in terms of bombers, just pure land power and numbers. I didnt even bother to upgrade my army prior to war, its all still 39 tanks and infantry while the russians have all 41 tech in tanks and infantry. So even though he out teched me with nearly his entire army he still go hammered by superior mobile units moving at speed in numbers. That 10% speed minister certainly helps, first time ive used him I normaly use the +20% org guy.
This game is by no means over. The USSR still has a large army and IC base to tie down our forces. UK appears to be well entrenched in India with Japan unable to advance much at present. USA is only just winding up its war economy.
From my point of view our weak spot is now Japan. Japan must do its job and rape the allies some more if it fails the war will turn again with the US able to apply all its might onto the Axis.
The question now remains, what to do next. Its winter on the Russian front, but hmm Persia is now allied, we could take a visit to india with the all conquering Panzers. Tojo first one to Delhi to wins. :rofl:
Some war reports from other players would good. Even if your getting pumped be good to report the war for all to read.

Why? The other guys are suffering because of what happen to UK like they have every other game we have played. You guys keep enjoying yourself I am sure we will make a better account of ourselves next game. If it wasnt for your charity in not invading India I wouldnt have to waste any more time in a dead game.

In nearly every other game the UK gets pumped just like you did, except not losing there home island that was a bonus. The UK dosnt decide the war. My victories against the USSR were unexpected but not complete. Ive had alot larger forces then this vs the USSR and lost, it just this USSR is laking in mobile forces which is exactly the axis strength, speed. Mighty went for numbers in infantry but as seen that wont work unless you have enough tanks to back them up.
As for india, well got to leave the Japs something to do we cant do it all, maybe we can.
Game is far from over, you just need to come up with the right plan. From reports I get it seems as though all 3 of you are working to your own plan while us 3 are working from the same page. Get your crap together and come get us, im waiting for you. Come to the jaws of hell.
I will endeavour to write an AAR at some stage, my hoi has been somewhat lack luster lately. Some tough fights in The east thats for sure.

You cant expect people to play there nations and becuase you can beat you want a restart. What aobut next time, we get beat will you restart.
We either play these games out or dont play at all. Every game some one will get hurt this time it is you, but your holding in India. We will never have a game where we all do well, its no possible.

There is one thing I enjoyed about playing G. He didnt complain or blame is lack of knowledge of the game or some other excuse for losing so many units. He just got on with his game and didnt complain once. Now wouldnt that be something to behold if you did that, It could be classed a miracle.
As for next game, well I might be on your team. I cant play Germany all the time, its clear im far to good at it for you to handle
Im sure gunny and G are itching to play them. Hell I might even go UK I sure cant do a worse job then the last player now can I. Hahahaha.

Germany force continue to over run all of western russia with the conquest nearly complete. Some 15 Soviet infantry divisions were destroyed in small pockets in various areas.
Hitler notes that the USSRs IC has fallen below 400 (387) and falling while Germanies is now 520. Some20 base IC reamains to be captures so the USSR will settle around 350 IC to probably germanies 550. Not much happening, its winter in the east so a time of repostion and getting ready to put the final nail in the Soviet coffin.
Reports from the pacific indicate 2 Japanese islands fell, truk and another. The price the US paid was dear with Japanese naval air sinking 6 US battleships in short order with a few more crusiers also sunk. If the US keeps up such silly tactics it wont have a navy left befor long.
Next session friday night 7pm.

The normal monday and tuesday night but I can only do till 10pm as im on night shifts whole week and cannot play again until the following tuesday.

Hey guys. Mighty G is crook with a nasty flu virus that's been going around. Bastard hasn't been at work all week, early Jap DOW on the USSR for forcing me to have to do some work this week. Chances are he won't be here tonight. Something along the lines of ''If I'm not there at 6-7, then I won't be there''. Said he would make it upto Mike by strat deploying out of the Urals and letting you have them also, not that he really has a choice So I guess I'll see you guys tomorrow night. SE.
