They're not quoting Podcat there, it just seems to be a general statement without a source - it could just as well be taken directly from the website after the interview.
At any rate, you can safely assume that there will not be a Q2 release, not least because the timescale Johan gave us was that it would essentially be out in 5-6 months at least. We'll know more when they say more, but for the moment its best to assume that it will not be coming out in Q2.
And all of the other (good) historical grand strategy games...Looks excellent, and I am excited.
Though I wonder what this 'air region' thing would mean for a WW1 mod for this game. In the Great War, airplanes didn't cover an area that large and their operations were limited to small areas around battlefields. Much like single-province bombardment in HoI3.
