new achievements not working yet?

I have cored Samarkand but I didn't get the achievement pop up. Waited a couple of years but nothing happened. Are the new achievements working yet?

No, the patch will add the triggers for them.

Do what I'm doing already. Prepare the savegame with the achievement ready and then when the patch is launched just oppen it xD

Won't work. You cannot preemptively prepare the saves to finish the achievements. You must start it in a game, where you can already get the achievement. It has been this ways for a long while.

Are other achievements broken at the moment? My "Unite Japan" thingy doesn't seem to be working or firing. Or is there some hidden requirement?

i have read somewehere in thread yesterday, the Unite Japan achievement should trigger only if you use a proper CB (anyway i have never played as Japan minor nation, so i can't help), I tryed to serch the thread, but i didn't find it, it was called something like "Achievement The Chrysanthemum Throne doesn't work"


edit: The Great Khan achievement doesn't work right now
