Based on the new "achievements in-game browser", I was thinking of a new "game mode" for running achievement-driven games.

After you click Single Player, a new option will be available, probably over the Random Nation & Custom Nation buttons, named "Achievement Run" or the likes. After you click it, you will be shown a scrollable list of achievements (the ones you already obtained marked with a golden frame, crossed out, whatever). When you pick an achievement, the game will automatically select one and suggest the country/es that are appropiate for the achievement (showing them on the bottom end of the screen, just like "interesting nations" are currently shown), plus an explanation of the achievement on the textbox below. If there are territories somehow involved, those will be marked on the map (again, probably with a golden glow or any other distinguishable mark that can go over the selected mapmode)

  • Example 1: You choose The Six Nations; game automatically chooses Iroquois country, and shows a brief description of the achievement.

  • Example 2 - All belongs to Mother Russia: Game suggests countries with Russian culture, and randomly selects one. All provinces required to form Russia will be highlighted on the map + brief description of the "Form Russian Nation" decision requirements.

  • Example 3 - Grand Coalition: As the achievement has no nation requirements nor suggestions, it will just select a random nation, and will show a description of the achievement.

  • Example 4 - For the Glory: Game will suggest countries with a vassal (maybe, maybe it'll go like example 3) + description of the achievement.

  • Example 5 - Basileus: Game selects Byzantium, marks on the map all required provinces, and shows a description of the achievement.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In cases where the achievement NEEDS to be done by a nation / subset of nations, if you deselect a valid nation, the achievement will be marked as unobtainable (if you select the achievement again, it will select an appropiate nation for it again. The random button can work together with this new option randomizing between valid nations when you have the "achievement run" option selected; Example: for Basileus, it will always select Byzantium again, for All belongs to Mother Russia it will select a random Russian culture country)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

In cases where the achievement SUGGESTS being done by a nation, if you click the achievement again, it will select a random suggested nation; but if you select another, non-suggested nation, it will not be marked as unobtainable (maybe just let you know you are not playing a suggested nation)

(Example: for The Five Colonies, the game will suggest countries like Portugal, Castille, France, Great Britain, Aragon, etc. If you click on Teutonic Order, the game will let you know you are not playing a suggested country for the achievement, but can get it anyway)

I really hope it's clear enough!

Yeah of course; the idea is mostly to make it more interactive, and not reliant on the wiki. After all, the in-game achievement browser can also be replaced with googling the achievement :p

This is mostly to be able to interactively (is that a word?) look at the achievements you are missing, plan around them (as you would see any province-related requirements displayed on the map), and maybe just look at the different options. Sometimes reading about the achievements online doesn't ring any bells, but maybe you just hit the button, randomize "One Night in Paris" and think "heck, I could use some baguette" :3
