Never played VIP before need some help

As stated in the title never played VIP but heard good thing and I'd like to give it a try. Trouble is I'm having trouble finding where to download it . I have V:R. Where can I download it from and see all the changes?

Download for the newest version is about halfway down the first post, after the links to the hotfix.
