Never able to scroll pop up message down

I don't know if topic like this has been here or not.
In all Paradox games I played, whenever long pop up message comes up I am never able to scroll to the bottom of it. It's kind of annoying to see all the list of provinces added to you core and not see -3 stability on the very bottom of message. Am I alone in this or is it common problem?
If it is common, then could Paradox do smth about it?

I have to admit that I never had any similar problems, but if my memory serves me right you can always move the pop-up window, whatever the resolution. And scrolling has never been an issue...

I recall having this issue with HOI1. I would love a little scroll bar on the sides of windows. This would make the text more readable all around. The bar should be transparent (inactive) unless the player clicks on it.

I think this is an issue when the message is larger than your screen height. If my memory serves you need to grab the top in order to move, and you can't move it beyond the top.

However, this is more common in mods with huge amounts of text for events. The scrollbar could be there, but since the window is larger than screen height you cannot scroll it to the bottom.

The most natural thing to do would be to not allow popups to grow bigger than the available screen size.

I dunno, whenever I have this problem the message box is not bigger than my resolution. I can see the top and bottom of the message, but since its a 'highlight' message, that is I only see it when I idle my mouse over the selection, when I move the mouse the selection disappears even though I can see that it should, theoretically, be possible to scroll down.

Happens for me in EU2 as well. When an event has a huge list of effect, there's a (non-functional) scroll bar off to the side. At least I've never been able to figure out how to work it. It doesn't move with the mouse wheel, nor can I click on it and move it with the cursor.

Known bug that was never fixed. :wacko:

And in the in game tips there's one of those too. Always bugged me... no pun intended.
