Netherlands - 1914 Scen - West Indies Sqn - Start Bug

Hello,

Just for fun I fired up the Netherlands in 1914.

My West Indies Sqn was stuck in Hollandia - West Papua New Guinea.

I have included the fix in the file.

The correct location would be #1762 - Netherland Antilles - Curaçao
