Either that or I'm missing something big.

There are three things wrong here.

First, Nerve Stapled. It has been nerfed in the script (planet_jobs_produces_mult = 0.05), but the trait tooltip still says it's a +10% boost. So you pay three trait points and an Ascencion Perk only to be memed by the tooltip. I mean it's still good, just not 3-points worth.

Then there's Stability. Go check the tooltip in any of your high-Stability planets, the Resource boost modifier is scaled (in this planet it's 21%), but in the actual calculation it's capped. So the Stability tooltip knows to scale it but the actual calculation forgot it; it probably thinks it's just a flat modifier for whatever reason.

Finally, there's "Empire" and "From Buildings". They aren't wrong, but... could we get them in more detail? Like, list the buildings instead. Tell me if the "Empire" is from technologies or edicts or temporary modifiers. This one is just too uninformative.

I think the happiness/stability effect of nerve stapled is still really good. I would like to see it offer maybe reduced amenities and/or housing usage in exchange for the 10% dropping to 5%., or perhaps a elimination of political power for nerve stapled pops, or make them not use any consumer goods...
