Who is this faction supposed to represent and why is there an early death date?
And wouldn't it be more accurate to make the German Radicals a Fascist Party?

Don't know about the Radicals, but supposedly the Neo-Absolutists are there mainly for gameplay reasons, ie. you can have state capitalist party in power and build factories by yourself.

There are indeed a fair few parties in the mod for purely gameplay reasons. It's also worth noting that many parties are in for balancinng reasons - often activated or de-activated pre-maturely too. This is usually for a specific gameplay/historic reason. However, if you have issue with this, feel free to complain about it - providing you have evidence that there is a more desirable outcome to be had.
