I don't want to sound too mean, but shouldn't you be offering me at least some advice or a possible solution? Or at least tell me what the error number translates to for those who don't have access to the debug menu?

My apologies. I assumed the issue of not being able to upload a rar file unto your file manager was unrelated to the rar's contents.

Ah, so that's what you meant. I thought you meant that I should make any statements about the in-game bug issue, which I can't, yet.

Anyway, I'm sorry I can't tell you anything in particular regarding the uploading issue since it's not my part of my department. You'll have to speak with technical support about that issue.

I dare not to speculate, but speak with technical support and they might be able to point you in another direction if that's the case.

I have come to believe the bug is related to the "Oversee Construction" action, since it happens almost exclusively in provinces overseen by the Steward. Hope that helps.

Your belief is most likely correct (it's *a* case I found in any case, and reliably reproduced)
