* Setting up a trading company reduces the amount of reform points the country gets. in short, it considerably extends the time to complete management reforms. These negative effects of trade companies should be eliminated.

Trade company gives more money than states potentially allowing more courthouses to be built allowing to state more provinces without going over gov capacity.
Why should Anatolian beyliks be tribes in your opinion
What do you have to act to the contrary of circassians being predominantly orthodox in 1444
Wiki can be outdated on certain mechanics, unless the raw game files say something different.
Why should declaring on heretics not cause more legalistic Islam as you'd be using ulema backing to legitimise your wars.

You should maybe try to give somekind of serious historical analysis to justify your writings. And, to be frank, you should work on expressing yourself. It sounds extremly unfriendly and demanding.

* Setting up a trading company reduces the amount of reform points the country gets. in short, it considerably extends the time to complete management reforms. These negative effects of trade companies should be eliminated.

Tradeoff. WAD

* All Anatolian principalities must be tribal federations.

From their government organization, they were similar to the Ottomans. If you disagree, give sources.

* Circassia is a Muslim community in 1444. it was not orthodox.

Circassia was influenced by Alania (orthodox) and Georgia (orthodox). A quick check on Wikipedia did not brought me save information, but in general you would need to provide a source, if you want to question an information in the game.

* Tribal federations have + 25% cavalry ratio. but the dharma expansion package prevents this. This can be seen on the Eu4 wiki page.

The only point I kinda agree upon. The turkoman federations and the Arabs were both horse lords. But next time, please formulate it in a friendlier way.

* Piety mechanics should be renewed. Waging war should not cause it to act. It makes more sense to give an extra +50 diplo points to get a teacher from the counter fiqh. -50 piety makes this extremely difficult.

Seems like you want all the upside without the downsides. Obiously war is a very impactful thing to internal politics, so you should have serious arguments if you want to challenge that.

* Combat ability bonuses do not seem to work. Tribe estate is not good enough. awaits more attention. The influence of the army tradition on the siege must increase. The morale effect should decrease.

I did not understand what you mean. Do you want some modifiers to change or do you question that the game calculates correctly (it does, by the way)?

* I saw new idea groups. nomadic idea group looks worse than aristocratic group of ideas.

Someone has to be the worst.

* There is a problem with the pope's diplomats.

This is a void statement, because you didn't describe the problem.

Amen, brother. The nomadic idea group is in almost every sense a downgrade from Aristocratic and apparently no one cares about it. There goes one of the best opening groups for any horde.
