need modding help

Hello !

i need some help at modding Stellaris: How can i remove every pop from a planet, also the armies & leader (without using remove colony). After that i also need to set myself as the new owner. Second thing i need to know is how can i reduce the length of the modifier "recently conquered" for the planet i set the new ownership of?
