Need Help

I have absolutely no clue how to put the flags into the game? Could someone walk me through this. I would love to download the rising sun and Iron cross flags for use on my country and units if ppossible but do not know how to do it.

Never Mind I actually Figured this one out Myself. No all my German units have that cool Iron Cross Flag from Bismarck's site.
