Well I assume your scenario file has errors then 
Did you edit a file? Wich one? Did you take backup?

it happened after i edited swedens(scandinavia) starting techs
i got the original one for the blitzkrieg scenerio back and it still had the same problems

try to remake the eug file and then see if it works if not remake all the inc files untill it works as as you fix those files the game should load a bit further each time u rewrite a file thats wot usnorwaystudent did with my mod
no its just not exepting something at the very end
